The Weekend
Spurs, Chelsea and Manchester City still maintain their 100% win this season. Arsenal and Manchester United already lost once. Liverpool twice.
Aston Villa and Everton need to step up a notch to be in the race to beat the top four.
Adebayor, Drogba, Torres and Rooney are unstoppable.
Oh, Lescott joined City.
The great Fabregas will be out until September. So does Ferdinand. Dammit.
Liverpool doesn't look good. They can't win matches easily. Let alone lift a trophy. Hell yeah.
Diaby and Pantsil are the culprits; they helped the opponent to win against them.
Oh, look at the table. City and Spurs look great.
Can we just write off Arsenal and Liverpool? It'll be a lot easier that way.
Devils; another tough game. Tottenham Hotspurs. Kill ye ol' Harry Redknapp! Kiss me arse!!
God, let the Devils win.
Bitter Wenger
Wenger slammed Manchester United for their tactics to break his side's play. He accused them of being 'anti-football'. Play with a lot of tackles and fouls just to break Arsenal's play.
WTF??
There were 7 yellow cards in that game and 5 were from the Arsenal's players. Are you retarded ye ol' Wenger?
Manchester United is 'anti-football' because they broke your side's play?
That's the point idiot! Break the play, you break the tempo, you'll break the flow, control the smoothness of the game. Break the opponent. And the result..
A WIN!
Sheesh. You wanna play a clean and fair game, play Chess.
No wonder you lost.
Arsenal Vs. Manchester United
Yeah right. You guys know that you can't win against the Devils.
And then, i gotta admit. The Devils were lucky. They should have done better. But they don't need to be better when they have beaten Arsenal. They kept the Gunners at bay. They used their experience to go against the Gunners. And they kept their cool. They won.
Stop yelling stuff like they were lucky to win. A penalty and an own goal doesn't count.
Pft. C'mon fellas. That's football. Lucks count. And when i say luck, it does includes stupidity of a certain player that will change the outcome of a game. In that game, it was Arsenal who got that type of player. Lucky i say.
Oh please. You wanna win cups with the boys? Hmm..no harm in trying.
Fergie did it with his young lads back then. David Beckham, Gary and Phil Neville, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Nicky Butt, Andy Cole, Dwight Yorke.
Wenger, stop trying to copy Fergie. You can't do it. Trust me.
MAN OF THE MATCH
Thanks to Fiza for the pic and for reminding me that Diaby is the Man of The Match. Hehe.

Dream A Wonderful Dream
Ohhhh,looking great ol' Harry.
Carlton Cole scored a goal against the Spurs but gave one back as he passed the ball to Jermaine Defoe, and it ended with goals. Cole, you are a good striker, but a stupid decision maker.
And Lennon made it 2 goals; with his demonic speed. I'm scared. Tottenham Hotspurs are the team to beat this season.
Wow,Burnley. Now you shut off the Toffees. Nameless, now you fellas made the headlines. Tough luck Everton.
Ugh, he's ugly, but he knows how to score goals. Dammit. And Anelka made it 2 goals against Fulham. Oh, Carlo. Are you looking to lift the trophy this season. It's gonna be hard.
I am annoyed as everybody dreams to win the trophy. Sheesh~

Run of The Devils
Now, all hail the Devils.
Great goals from Rooney. Berbatov and Owen finally found the net in the for Manchester United this season. And Nani; great free kick.
Ferguson have said that they will be resurrected. And for next weekend's game against Arsenal. It's gonna be a hot game. A great fight.
Not bad for the Gunners. A 4 goals win.(and i got Ramsey, Gallas and Diaby on my fantasy team.Yeeha!)
As for Man. City. Dammit. Still winning. A great set of players playing. It should be more goals.
I was watching the game at the mamak, and i notice, there's no Manchester United fans. Most of 'em are Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenals' fans. They were watching the game they wanna see Manchester United lose. Damn. That bad huh? Hehe. Keep hating Manchester United and they will win that's a promise.
Go!! Run wild wonderboy Roo!!

Fantasy Football
Fantasy football is for those who can't play football professionally. Sadly.
And for those who think that they can predict the outcome of any game.
This game is easy. It's all about predicting. So, the possibility, is 50-50. Either you got it or you don't. Same like Sports Toto.(which i don't recommend)
You don't have the money to buy all the star players, and then it comes to leveraging your team players and balance them out in the most effective way.
IT'S ALL ABOUT EXPECTING THE UNEXPECTED.
How to predict?
Easy, look at the past performance of the players you are thinking of. Past performance is useful to predict the future. Hey, even the stock analyst looked at past economic patterns to predict the future. Get it?
Past performance like how long the players played, how many games, their scores, goals conceded, the consistency; that's the most important element.
Let's break it to three part.
First, predict the players who are always and most likely to perform at their 1/3 of the season. Meaning, before the start of the cups or any international duty; World Cup and African Cup are coming. Make sure no African players on your team when that time comes.
The players that always and most likely to perform at their best at the start of the season are:-
- Francesc Fabregas
- Robinho
- Fernando Torres
- Wayne Rooney
- Frank Lampard
- Gareth Barry
- Steven Gerrard
- Emmanuel Adebayor
- Robin Van Persie
- Didier Drogba
If you them on your list, you are off to a great start. These are the players that will ensure their team is winning and by that, luck is on your side. And they are valuable. DON'T DITCH or SELL THEM.
Secondly, look for players that played most games and played full time. 2/3 of the season, they are crucial to ensure that you made most points of your players. To predict this kind of player, look for the prominent figure in every club or just check the past performance like i said earlier.
- Matthew Upson (play him when you know that his team is winning. I did, and he scored)
- Danny Murphy (he is the Captain, a go getter and WILL score when you least expected)
- Stephen Ireland (he did great last season, this season? He'll be better)
- Antonio Valencia (expect him to grow in every game)
- Glen Johnson ('nuff said, look what he did with Portsmouth last season. He ruled the right flank)
- Essou-Ekotto
- Darrent Bent(he's the most prolific striker, when he plays. He gonna score)
- Michael Owen (it's about expecting the unexpected hey)
- Gabriel Agbonlahor
- Joleon Lescott
- Robbie Keane(give him time, he'll find the net)
- Rafael da Silva
- Wilson Palacios
- Tim Cahill
- Mark Noble
- Thomas Vermalaen
- Sean Wright-Phillips (he's desperate to play and of course he'll deliver)
- Sebastien Bassong
- Franck Quedrue
- Cameron Jerome
These are the players that will get you something from their games. Trust me. Expect them to make the difference.
Third, look for players that are performing coming the end of season. That is including the FA Cup and Champions League. Expect fatigues and injuries. Most likely to perform are the experienced players.
- Shay Given
- Ryan Giggs
- Eduardo da Silva
- Louis Saha
- Carlos Tevez
- William Gallas
- Jamie Carragher
- Nicolas Anelka
- Dimitar Berbatov
- Florent Malouda
Don't get your hopes high on them. Use 'em later.
TIPS
- I know the new kids and the not-so-superstar players are unpredictable. So, expect them. Thomas Vermalaen and Sebastien Bassong proved it.
- DO NOT buy players from the same team 'til it's the maximum number that you can have them. You know what i mean. LEVERAGE. The players from the same team could lose you more points.
- EXPECT THE OBVIOUS WINNING TEAM. Make sure you check the fixture before making any transfer. It's not about having all the stars. But making the right choice.( i had Matthew Upson, Mark Noble, Shay Given, Thomas Vermalaen, Essou-Ekotto on my team last week, and hell yeah they were marvelous.) Get it?
- Don't procrastinate. Make changes before the dateline.
- Check the pundits, check soccernet, check the clubs' websites for any injury related news or their line-ups. It helps. Watch the Football Forecast. It helps a lot.
Trust me. It's fun. Good luck!

Winners
What a great start for the winners.
Arsenal trounced the Toffees 6-1. We noticed the freshness and some wonderful display by the players. Fabregas, Vermalaen, Denilson, Van Persie, Bendtner and Gallas. A great all round performance. We didn't expect them to beat Everton at their home but somehow they did.
But, kinda look like typical Arsenal starts. Every season, they were off with a great start. Hammering every opponent. But comes the FA Cup and the Champions League, there will be some fatigues and inconsistency in the players. I still doubt Arsenal though. But a great game it was.
It was a great win too from Tottenham Hotspurs. A dominant performance. Great line-up to go against Liverpool. Plus, great substitutes too.
They dominate the middle with Huddlestone, Modric, the wonderful Palacios and speedy Aaron Lennon. Little that the Kop could do. A great goal from Essou-Ekotto and the debuten Sebastien Bassong. Unbelievable. Great job 'ol Harry!
As expected. The Red Devils won. Typical United's win with one goal. A lil' worried at their players and their form. Not as dominant, not as speedy, not as accurate like when Cristiano Ronaldo was around. I really hope time will make them great. Go Rooney!
As for Manchester City. Wow, Hughes, your players are scary to go against. Look deadly. Sheesh. It is kinda annoying looking at this kind of team. The attacking force was unbelievably great. Adebayor, Ireland, Robinho, Barry, Wright-Phillips, and Bellamy; he is crazy. Damn. Please kick Liverpool's butt after this. I promise i'll like you fellas a lil' bit. I swear i won't hate you guys.
Walking Alone
It's too early to predict. But the way the game played, it was terrible. The departure of Xabi Alonso really left a hole in the middle; where Mascherano and Lucas can't play like he did. Starting any attack from a deep position. Mascherano is a natural defensive midfielder and Lucas is too young. The result? Liverpool lost to the great Harry 'Houdini' Redknapp.
Carragher and Skrtel injured each other. Gerrard and Torres can't play shit. Babel was lost. Insua can't close down the speed demon Aaron Lennon. Sheesh. Talking about wanting to win the league this season. Seem kinda far away isn't it?
"Why? It's still early!!!", a Liverpool fan shouted.
'Cause you still have to go against Manchester United, City, Chelsea, Arsenal. Got it? But you lost to Spurs.
Haha. Last season Liverpool got only 2 losses and you wanks already lost once. Still a lot of great teams to play against.
I predict, you are walking alone.

Losers
Wishes and Hopes
Chelsea's captain John Terry said that this season, everyone is fighting till the end. They will not give up and will keep pushing to be on top.
And Fernando Torres just sign a new contract with Liverpool, and he said that this season they have to win the league, no matter what.
2009/2010 season is starting tonight, and i believe it'll be the craziest season ever. 8 teams are competing for the top spot. Manchester United, Manchester City, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspurs, Everton and Chelsea. It's gonna be exciting. It's gonna be like the Bundesliga or the French Ligue. It's gonna be a tight horse race. Damn, it's scary. I dunno what to expect.
Now the Devils are praying, that they will win the league 4 times in a row. Can they do it?
Haha. There no 'can' in this. They rule the league. I do hope that everybody wish something bad happen to 'em so they can win. Well it works for me. The Devils won everytime they are close of being lose. Manchester United is that kind of team, if you score against them, you know what to expect.
Chelsea is looking like AC Milan, full of oldies. Experienced i would say. And it's annoying. Yeah, cause they tend to talk a lot. And they nag a lot. Gotta hate that i-have-the-experiences talk. Sheesh.
Liverpool. Nothing much. Just work harder in the middle or City and Spurs might get you. And by then, you wanks will end looking like fools.
Arsenal, nothing much. Just pray. Nothing more.
And the others who wish to win the spot at the top; Aston Villa, Everton, Tottenham Hotspurs and Manchester City. I hope and i truly wish that your fellas' wish don't come true.
Kick-off time, 1 hour and 23 minutes.
Go Devils!

Random Stuff 3
Liverpool Jokes
1) A Primary Teacher explains to her class that she is a Liverpool fan.She asks her students to raise their hands if they too are Liverpool fans.
Everyone in the class raises their hand except one little girl.
The teacher looks at the girl with surprise and says, 'Mary, why didn't you raise your hand?'
'Because I'm not a Liverpool fan,' she replied.
The teacher, still shocked, asked, 'Well, if you are not a Liverpool fan, then who are you a fan of?'
'I am a Man Utd fan, and proud of it,' Mary replied. The teacher could not believe her ears.
'Mary, why, pray tell, are you a Man Utd fan?'
'Because my mum is a Man Utd fan, and my dad is a Man Utd fan, so I'm a Man Utd fan too!'
'Well,' said the teacher in an obviously annoyed tone, 'that is no reason for you to be a Man Utd fan.You don't have to be just like your parents all of the time..What if your mum was a prostitute and your dad was a drug addict, what would you be then?'
'Then,' Mary smiled, 'I'd be a Liverpool fan'.
2) Man goes to doctor and says I have a problem every time I masturbate I start to sing you'll never walk alone.... after a few minutes the doctor realises what the problem is and replies: "Don't worry about it. Lots of Wankers sing that".....
HAHAHAHAHA! Gotta love this jokes. Again, thanks Fiza!

Those Who Can Kick The Top 4
Okey, my judgment and prediction will be based on the teams' players, past records and current management. And everything will be done up to me. From my own oh-so-professional point of view.
First up, alphabetically ordered, Aston Villa.
A wasp to the Top 4, but it was not good enough. I hope they can come up with something this season.
Next up is, Everton.
They got great bunch of players, like Steven Pienaar. Woah, he is fast. Very fast. He made fast people look..not so fast. Plus, Tim Cahill, Leon Osman, Mikael Arteta, Marouanne 'the Afro' Fellaini and ex-devil, Phil Neville. They look great in the middle but lack talents on the bench.
The forwards are quite fearsome. They got Jo, Louis Saha, Aiyegbini Yakubu and Victor Anichebe.
One more, Tim Howard. The stronghold guardian. This man's performance last season was unbelievable. Everton do possess great defenders like Manchester United and Chelsea did, to back that up, they have a great goalkeeper. Tim Howard made countless saves last season, and with that i would choose him rather than other goalkeeper, 'cause he did his part very well.
They have the same problems as Aston Villa, injuries. If they can keep playing the way they played, and without injuries, Everton is a threat.
Now, Manchester City.
Why Manchester City? Come on! Look at their shopping spree! Does that mean something? Yes. They brought in great players to win the league (though we know money can't guarantee victory, but lets give 'em some hope ).
Mark Hughes; ex-devil, a great player. As a manager? Not so much. Now he have to manage star players and blend them in with each other. That's the hard part. Last season, Robinho showed his bad boy image and he couldn't handle him. Now let add a bunch of players like Robinho to the list. Now he really have to work with them.
Players to win? Yeah, they got it. Emmanuel Adebayor, Gareth Barry, Carlos Tevez, Kolo Toure, Stephen Ireland, Wright-Phillips, Vincent Kompany, Nigel De Jong, Roque Santa Cruz and the list goes on and on.
Now, i haven't seen them all in one field. Yet. but i bet they are like Chelsea and Madrid. Would love to see how they go. We all pray that the Devils still win.

A Great Start
Friend: :-)
Friend: Manchester United's fan aren't that good of accepting loss isn't it?
I bet not a single Manchester United's fan was devastated after last night's game. It was a great game. A great form by both team. A bad referee. A bad goalkeeping (you know who). More reason to hate Ballack. And a lesson of everybody made mistakes.
Sir Alex Ferguson was cool about it, so do we need to be all sad and devastated?
Sheesh, hell no. Devils don't ask God for victory, they made it.

Out of the Top 4?
For obvious reason, Arsenal set to lose the placing in the top 4.
They already lost Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor to Manchester City, Tomas Rosicky back on the bench due to his injury, and Samir Nasri broke his leg.
The only signing they made was for Thomas Vermaelen. And they have yet to see Arshavin go berserk. They have lots of new talents; Carlos Vela, Denilson, Aaron Ramsey, Jack Wilshire, and Theo Walcott.
Talented, yes. Experienced, no.
Denilson could not play holding midfielder week in week out. They need more experienced player in the middle to hold the field.
C'mon Arsenal, don't go dying on us!
Walking Alone, You Will
Why?
'cause it is impossible for Liverpool to win without Xabi Alonso.
Why?
'cause in the middle, they are not that great and no one could do the job properly.
Why?
'cause Benitez is not that great.
There's too many weak points at the moment, player with lack composure, lack vision in the game, lack of creativity, lack talents to fill the gap..simply not enough. Don't just keep the player on the bench Rafa, play them!
Or else. Walking alone, you will.

Losing Ronaldo
Manchester United suffered a great loss when they loss Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid. In the season of 2007/2008, that was the primetime of this guy. He dominated the league like no one else and won the Champions League, with the total of 42 goals scored and countless assists. Without him, United might not able to win the trophies.
Is there any debt between Ronaldo and United?
No, he owes United nothing. He already gave everything in return.
Sir Alex Ferguson was patiently and faithfully mold him into one of the great attacking force in Europe, and he did the job.
When he left, he already gave United enough trophies to put the rivals at bay.
Now, the time has come for Sir Alex Ferguson to work his magic again with his boys.

Devils Advocate
- It is a team play game, not a one man show.
- Remember, Cantona? Beckham? Keane? They left, and Man United still kick ass.
- They got the spirit to roll. The Devils' spirit.
- Manchester United got Fergie. Others don't. He's a genius.
- Man U is not like other team.
So, rest assured that no one cried when Ronaldo left for Madrid.
And i still remember last season, it is not even the half of the season yet Benitez and the Liverpools' fans were so damn sure that they were gonna win the league. So cocky and confident. Remember what happened?
Manchester United won the league. And Liverpool doomed to be placed second's best.
Manchester City; Lock and Loaded

What the Fish? Michael Owen?
Yeah, he did missed out on Ronaldinho before, but we got Ronaldo. We missed out Torres just to keep Ronaldo and we won the Champions League. Now Ronaldo left for Madrid, Owen is the new lucky no. 7. And, we would pray that this former England wonder boy could go berserk with goals. Fingers crossed.
Go owen!
