Weekend Trashings

I was sipping my coffee, with my aching tooth and along with my painkillers. Watched the Tottenham Hotspurs and Wigan game.

At first-half, it was fair, Lennon supplied the first goal to Peter Crouch. During the second-half, Lennon supplied another 3 and scored a goal, Defoe scored 5 goals. Kranjcar, Bentley got one each. (Too bad Bentley's goal was an own goal by Kirkland.) Oh, almost forgot, a handball goal by Paul Sharner. It's a trend.

It's was trashing of Wigan. And guess what, the Wigan's players are refunding their fans their money back due to the trashing. They'll reimburse their payment 'cause they have to watch the trashing of their own club and it was humiliating. The second of the most scored goals in a game 9-1. ( Manchester United owned the first place with 9 goals against Ipswich Town. )

Now Spurs is looking scary. At 4th place.

Aston Villa came in 5th, a late equalizer by Heskey against Burnley who played at home. They drew 1-1.

Hell yeah, the stats was right, Arsenal lost to Sunderland. Most Arsenal players can't cope with fatigue after they came back from international duties. Darren Bent is the culprit behind Arsenal's lost. And surely, Arsenal can't survive without Van Persie.

A win by Chelsea against the struggling Wolves. 2 goals by Essien, one each by Joe Cole. The youngsters; Matic, Kakuta and Borini were great. They were lively and really playing. Please Ancelotti, you don't need to spend money this January. Pretty please? I think 65 millions for Franck Ribery plus Jose Bosingwa is a bit ridiculous. Save your money Roman!

Manchester United won against Everton. Lifeless Everton. A great strike by Fletcher, ended up as a great goal. Carrick and Valencia scored one each. No replies by Everton. Too bad. It was a great day for the Devils' fans.

Oh, almost forgot. Another draw for Manchester City and Liverpool. Haha! Hey Rafa, I thought I heard you said that you wanna win the Premier League this season huh? It was a joke after all.

You said things will change if they win against Manchester City, and i guess it'll stay the same now huh? Haha!

And sayin' stuff like 'I'll leave if Torres leave' proved that you are a sore loser. Did Fergie resign after Ronaldo left? Nay, jackass! Rafa's target; finish in the top four. Harharhar! You're funny Rafa, quit making excuses and admit the lost already. Admit that you can't win the Premier League and Champions League. Admit that you're a loser Rafa. Admit it.

For Hughes, another draw. The only team with a loss and lotsa draw. No comment for ya Manchester City. Just stay there.

In the top ten, Burnley, Stoke and Sunderland. Wow~Rooting for this fellas to stay.

All and all, it was a great weekend for the winners and keep on dreaming for Liverpool.

Thierry Henry; Most Hated Man in Ireland

Shame o' shame on you Thierry Henry. Please. Go home and look in the mirror, and ask, did France really deserve the World Cup stage? And just say yes. Hehe.

Yeah, the hand ball was wrong but i don't wanna see France out of the World Cup though. Shame on him and i hope he kill himself for doing that, but hey, Maradona scored a goal with his hand back then, and gotta admit, didn't think that i would see it again.

Too bad though. Really wanna see Ireland and France both in the finals.

Hard luck for Russia. Played with 9 men and lost the World Cup qualification. Boohoo. So much for their great performance in Euro '08. Dammit.

No Andriy Shevchenko too as Ukraine fail to beat Greece, a team with many players name ended with 'S'. Kiss their 'S' goodbye, Ukraine.

One more team, Algeria. They beat Egypt and booked a place in the finals. The first time since 1986. Wow. Have Malaysia been in the World Cup?? NO?? Aww~c'mon! For the love of God! North Korea, Honduras, Algeria, Slovenia, Ghana, Ivory Coast. C'mon!! Even the poor country is in, the commies are in. Sheesh~!

Luckily Ronaldo will play in World Cup. Raul Mereiles scored the important goal against Bosnia.

Meet Mr.Benitez

I've been reading the article about Rafa Benitez of Liverpool, written by Norman Hubbard.

I like the points that he has highlighted about Liverpool this season. And I would say it is true.

Benitez has signed a lot of players but too few have succeeded. Name a few Dani Pacheco, Krisztian Nemeth, Daniel Sanchez Ayala, Mikel San Jose, Peter Gulacsi; these are the young player yet to emulate like Emiliano Insua, and i doubt they will. 38 of them were not initially signed as first team players. And what the heck is he thinking? That was 38 of 76 arrived; which is most of them have already left Anfield.

Including the remaining 38, 19 made the first team squad and gone already; Sissoko, Crouch, Arbeloa, Luis Garcia, Xabi Alonso could be rated as successes. Scott Carson, Pennant, Bellamy, Fowler; so-so. Remaining 10; Zenden, Josemi, Nunez, Morientes, Keane, Mark Gonzalez, Pellegrino, Paletta, Leto and Kromkamp failed miserably at Anfield.

Basically, he spent too much. Now he is asking to buy more players?? Sheesh~

Liverpool as we know is a two-man team. Gerrard and Torres. So, everyone else is just a bunch of stand-ins. Without them, they lack everything. Which is true. So true.

I'm rooting for Liverpool to lose again. And again. Miserably.

Chelsea gone against Manchester United.

United lost. A poor refereeing by Martin Atkinson. And what a behavior from Chelsea's players. Damn. Play football. If you wanna rumble, play rugby.

All and all, a good game and hard luck. Chances were fairly created but poor finish. Lack of vision in the attacking display shown by United's players. Giggsy was not himself. Valencia was poor. Anderson and Rooney were out of place.

I think January should be used wisely by Sir Alex. Buy a couple of new players. Silva, Villa, Aguero; anyone who can play now, not in the future. Double swoop of Villa and Silva from the financially troubled Valencia would be great. I wish. I really wish.

Looking at United, they will bounce back. No problem at all. Go Devils!

WInners and Losers

Manchester United got through to the final 16. They drew their game with CSKA Moscow; with a bit of the devil's luck. An own goal from the opponent. Yeeha! Wow, United's defense look brittle though. Brown sure is hopeless.

Champions League welcomes back Drogba in style. He netted 2 goals to equalize Aguero's goals. Chelsea is in the final 16.

The giants drew; Real Madrid and AC Milan, 9 times winner and the 6 times winner. Can't believe it, Pato's goal were disallowed? Damn referee. Real's game build up were unbelievable. Marcelo, Benzema and Kaka were brilliant. It was a fast pace game.

Rubin Kazan hold up Barcelona. Wow. Good little midgets. Like hell they will win the Champions League. Buzz off Kazan.

Lyon got through after they equalized against Liverpool in the 90th minute. Krygiakos was dreadful. He should not play. Like always, Liverpool is helpless without the great Gerrard. Benayoun was ineffective. Kuyt was struggling to supply the ammo to Torres. Cris marked Torres real tight. A good defense from Lyon; though Babel manage to scored but they get one back in the nick of a time. Sack Benitez! Haha!

You need luck. I bet Fiorentina will be looking to win. And the future seems so bleak to the Kop. No Liverpool in the last 16? I bet they won't get there.

Liverpool Can't Win The Premier League

It's the middle of the week but I'm still happy and laughing.

Why?

Nooo..i'm not happy because Liverpool lost, but i'm just happy because Fulham won the game. And it made me go..Hahahahahahahah!! It was so much fun!

The only Liverpool problem was Liverpool = Torres+Gerrard+Johnson and 8 others. Plus The Who's. Like KrygiaWho? EcclesWho? NgoWho? AyalaWho?( Too bad not the legendary Ayala. Boohoo.)

AND a stupid ass manager, you know who. The fat Spanish waiter, Rafa Benitez.

Carragher was a jackass and so did Degen. Hail them for the red cards!

Chelsea, full of the powerful men, was damn good. Bolton was helpless.

Arsenal won against Spurs, 3-0. Spurs were out of place in Emirates Stadium.

This is a lesson for you ye 'ol Harry. Don't provoke them at first place and I quote, " Arsenal can't win any trophy this season. We are better than them. "

Who's laughing now. That gotta make you feel..rather stupid i say. Sheesh~Say it to Hull City. You know they'll get sack. They can't win trophies.

And finally, MANCHESTER UNITED.

A good. Not great but good enough. Berbatov was effective and elegant I say. Tevez? Ok jackasses. If you mention Tevez was great and all, he was hardworking. Yes. But he wasn't effective enough. He was like a bull-dog chasing a ball. Berbatov was like a dancer; elegant and cool. Effective and flowing. No worries if he's holding the ball.

Manchester City and Birmingham drew their game. Boring game. A defensive game. City need to change their manager though. Hughes is boring.

All and all. A great weekend for winners and boohoo for the loser. That goes to the Fools.
