Fearless La Furia Roja and Paul The Octopus

And the winner is...Paul the Octopus!!!!

Omaigod!! Paul was right!!!Paul doesn't have a 100% record in his prediction. His most famous mistake was when he chose Germany over Spain in Euro 2008, but Spain won 1-0. So, at least learn from his mistakes.

Now, I'm predicting that he will be eaten.

And the hero is...Carles Puyol!!!

The goal was awesome. The Germans felt asleep for a second and Puyol flew in to head the ball in. 

Spain were the better team. They controlled the ball well and Del Bosque's decision to start with Pedro rather than Torres was a great decision. Pedro was faster and his mazy runs and slick interplay troubled the Germans. He played thru the 90-minutes and with the impact he made, Villa was subbed for Torres, not him.

Finally, La Furia Roja is now the team to be feared.
