Liverpool Got Served by The Devils

Park The Man. Wohoo!!

The path was never clearer. One man made the difference. One unit was united. The others got lost.

Fernando 'El Nino' Torres needed only 5 minutes to score a goal against Manchester United. Well celebrated. The fans were delighted. That goal made them think that history is repeating itself. Yeah right.

Then, the next 85 minutes, Torres was busy complaining and sulking. I guess he got angry at his own team. You should have gone to a better team. Regret much?

Rooney was a bit unlucky with his penalty but he managed to score the rebound. Valencia didn't dive, he was pulled by Mascherano. Benitez, quit complaining. You lost. If you didn't see it, you gotta be stupid. Well, Howard Webb saw it. He was right on spot.

GOALLLL!!!!! Well, he scored his 33rd goal. The pic have to be extra big.

There's a difference between Manchester United and Liverpool, chasing the league title and chasing the seven/sixth/fourth place. Between a winner and a loser. Between walking or just talking.

Rooney was a lone striker up front; limping and easy to mark. But the the 4-5-1 formation made United superior in the middle. Carrick and Fletcher; with the collective strength of Nani, Valencia and Park Ji-Sung; with better game plan, they succeeded in damning the Kop.

Gerrard wasn't in the game. Mistakes, after mistakes. Destined not to kiss the much needed cup. Kuyt, forced to play on the left, was ineffective and awkward. Lucas played? Well, he wasn't a threat. Maxi Rodriguez and Mascherano, well, still nothing. Johnson and Insua, heavily lost to Valencia and Nani. Torres was sulking. Yeap.

Back then, you were the king. Now, clearly a flop.

The kick-start of second-half, destined as a victory for the Devils. Kop was doomed to fail.

Park Ji-Sung, the man who operated between the holes of defense, was the man who made it count in the end. A cross from Darren Fletcher, headed in by Park who was unmarked. Tapping proudly at the crest of Manchester United. One thing for sure, if a goal scored by Park, you suck.

That lost, made Benitez an interesting failure. To the fans, they need someone they can cling on to. Albert Riera suggestion of Liverpool as a sinking ship might be right. Liverpool was like an aggressive lion, but then tamed by whip after whip. Their only comfort is the European League. Dream on.

Yeah baby, 'F' is for flawless. Fletcher is flawless.

Undeniably, Darren Fletcher was the Man of the Match.

But to me, it was Howard Webb. My favorite referee in Premier League.

Now United's fans. Applause! Yeehaa!!
